Refund Policy
The short version
The first payment of any plan — monthly or annual — comes with a 14-day, no-questions refund. Email support@mapomancy.com or use the receipt link in your confirmation email and we'll refund it, no explanation needed.
After the first 14 days
- Annual plans are non-refundable for the rest of the paid term once the
14-day window has passed, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal — you keep access until the term you already paid for ends.
- Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Cancelling stops the next
renewal; you keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don't prorate a partial month.
Canceling never deletes your maps. You fall back to the free plan's limits — see the Terms of Service for exactly what that means (short version: nothing is ever deleted, and export always works).
EU/UK statutory rights
If you're an EU or UK consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal that applies independently of the policy above — this policy is at least as generous as that right, not a replacement for it.
Who processes the refund
Payments are handled by Stripe acting as merchant of record. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe; you can also request one from the receipt link Stripe emails you at checkout.
